Refund Policy
Our commitment to donors who need to correct or cancel a gift.

1. General Policy
Donations to Layole Dhakiki Foundation are generally non-refundable, as gifts are deployed quickly to support beneficiaries in Southwest Nigeria. However, we honour legitimate refund requests in the circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
- Duplicate or accidental transactions.
- Incorrect donation amount entered in error.
- Unauthorized transactions (please also contact your bank).
- Technical errors during payment processing.
3. Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@layoledhakiki.org with the donor's name, donation date, amount, transaction reference, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 3 business days.
5. Recurring Donations
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing us or using the link in your donation receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; previously processed donations remain non-refundable except under section 2 above.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any applicable tax receipt will be voided.
