2. Donations
All donations are voluntary and made to support the charitable mission of Layole Dhakiki Foundation. Donations are processed in USD or NGN via Paystack, Stripe, or PayPal. By donating you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours to give.
3. Use of Funds
Donations are applied to the foundation's programs (education, empowerment, healthcare, humanitarian aid) and reasonable operational costs. We reserve the right to allocate undesignated funds to the area of greatest need.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Layole Dhakiki Foundation and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing.
5. Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers represent the foundation and must conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and in accordance with the foundation's values and any applicable codes of conduct shared at onboarding.
6. Limitation of Liability
The foundation is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or participation in programs, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and applicable Nigerian charitable regulations.
